Jeremy Black — Founder

Jeremy Black is the founder of Presigate. He is a former CFP from the College for Financial Planning, where he also taught as an adjunct professor, and served 14 years as Co-General Partner of Navigator Fund (July 1984) — a multi-manager futures trading pool registered CPO/CTA, twice named a WSJ Top 10 fund. He also built RAMCAP, "The Intelligent Asset Allocator," an early desktop portfolio optimizer applying Modern Portfolio Theory across 230+ asset classes. Jeremy founded Infohiway, Inc. — one of the first internet search engine businesses — sold to RMI.net, a publicly traded ISP. Presigate is patent pending — U.S. provisional application filed July 2026.

Ken Covell — Advisor

Ken Covell is a seasoned software developer with decades of experience designing, developing, and deploying commercial software products, web applications, and web services. His expertise spans multiple programming languages and platforms, with a consistent track record in client-facing roles — from requirements gathering through full-cycle development. Ken partnered with Presigate founder Jeremy Black to build InfoHiway and RAMCAP, two successful software companies that were built and sold.

Charles Hill — Advisor

Charles Hill is Director of Innovation for Ramaco Carbon, leading carbon product development including coal to carbon fiber and synthetic graphite. He spent thirteen years as a Materials and Process engineer at NASA Johnson Space Center, covering all aspects of human spaceflight hardware development, followed by ten years at the Air Force Research Laboratory (DoD), where he produced the first graphitic carbon foams and contributed to thermal protective materials and advanced composites research. He founded Eversion Composites in 2020 and consults independently with Axiom Space.
